What this site is
Granny Flat Check is a free introduction service operated by Nebula Ventures LLC (PMB 582, 3229 Greenpoint Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA). When you send an enquiry, we pass it to one Perth granny flat builder or building broker we select. We are not a builder, building broker, planner, financier or adviser, and we don't carry out building work.
Information on this site
The block check, cost estimator, FAQs and other content are general and indicative only. They are not planning, building, legal, financial or credit advice and are not a quote. Rules and costs change and depend on your property and council. Check with your local council and get written quotes before deciding anything. Photos are illustrative.
Your dealings with the business we introduce
Any agreement you make for design, building or other services is between you and the provider you choose. We aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for their advice, work, pricing, licensing or insurance. Please make your own checks before signing anything. In WA, building work worth more than $20,000 generally needs a registered building contractor, so ask for their registration number.
No cost, no obligation
Our service is free to you. You don't have to go ahead with anything. We may receive a referral fee from the business we introduce you to.
Using the site
Please give accurate information, use your own contact details, and don't misuse the site (for example, automated or fake submissions).
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any provider.
